This is a simple explanation of how ambijent.me handles data. We try to collect as little as possible and to make it clear what happens. This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Montenegrin version prevails.

What stays on your device

Your favourite pieces and comparison list are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us. If you clear your browser data, that list disappears.

When you contact a store

ambijent.me connects you directly with the store. When you call, write on Viber or WhatsApp, or send an enquiry, your messages and contact details go to the store that sells the piece, not through us as an intermediary.

Analytics

We record basic, anonymous visit data (which pages are viewed) so that we can improve search and content. For these basic statistics we do not use cookies, we do not store personal data and we sell nothing.

Google Analytics

With your explicit consent we also use Google Analytics, a tool from Google, to better understand how the site is used. This tool sets cookies and sends data about your use of the site to Google, which may process it on servers outside Montenegro.

Google Analytics does not load until you choose “Accept” on the consent banner. If you decline or choose nothing, nothing is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. You can read how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy.

Meta Pixel (Facebook)

With your explicit consent we also use Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the effectiveness of ads and better understand visits coming from social networks. This tool sets cookies and sends data about your use of the site to Meta, which may process it on servers outside Montenegro.

Like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel only loads once you choose “Accept” on the same consent banner. If you decline or choose nothing, nothing is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. You can read how Meta handles data at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
